Who I Am:
I trade under the name Blake George / Lume Bodywork and operate as a sole trader. My website is hosted by Google.

When you book an appointment, I collect personal information such as your name, email address, telephone number, and relevant health and lifestyle details. This helps me provide safe, effective treatments and communicate with you about your appointments. I may also collect technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) to improve your website experience.
How I Use Your Information:
Your personal and health information is used only to deliver the services you request. I will never share, sell, or use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.
Data Storage and Security:
Your data is securely stored through Google and Calendly. All personal information is encrypted both in transit and at rest. Payments are processed in person via Monzo and Stripe. I never store your credit or debit card details directly.
How Long I Keep Your Information:
For legal and insurance purposes, I retain your treatment records for seven years after your last session. After that, your data is permanently deleted. If you withdraw your consent during this period, your information will be archived but not actively used, unless required for legal protection.
Your Rights:
You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal information at any time.
